At Molly Margaret Jewelry, we carefully prepare and package every order so your new jewelry arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges are based on the selected method, order details, and delivery destination.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Molly Margaret Jewelry.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Molly Margaret Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

Molly Margaret Jewelry currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Molly Margaret Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around your property and with other members of your household.
• Ask neighbors or building management whether they accepted the package.
• Allow one additional business day, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before completing delivery.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to request assistance.

DAMAGED PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please keep the item and original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Molly Margaret Jewelry.
